Know where you stand
UAF Attendance Calculator
Enter classes attended and classes held to calculate your current percentage, remaining absence allowance, and the number of consecutive classes needed to recover toward your target.
Calculate course attendance
Use separate counts for each course and for theory or practical when your record separates them.
How to use the UAF attendance calculator
- Choose one course. If theory and practical attendance are recorded separately, calculate them independently.
- Enter the classes you attended and the total classes held so far.
- Select your required threshold. The starting value is 75%, a common threshold in UAF undergraduate regulations, but your applicable rules should be confirmed.
- Use remaining absences as a mathematical estimate—not a guarantee—and keep your official attendance report up to date.
What does “classes to recover” mean?
If your percentage is below the target, the planner estimates how many consecutive upcoming classes you would need to attend without another absence to reach that percentage. It does not count a class that has not been scheduled or officially held.
Attendance and the timetable
A timetable shows when classes are scheduled, but does not confirm attendance. In a future version, verified timetable entries can help estimate remaining classes; students will still need a trusted attendance record or enter their attended/held totals themselves.
To organise a semester result, use the CGPA calculator. To locate your weekly class schedule, visit the UAF timetable finder.
