UAF Timetable Finder
The timetable experience is being built around a shared source for Computer Science and reviewed student uploads for other departments. Each published schedule will be tied to its programme, semester, section, and academic term.
Choose your class group
Prepare a timetable lookup. Schedules appear once a source has been verified and synced.
The Computer Science Google Sheet is registered as the intended live source. Its grid parser and first sync must pass validation before a timetable can be labelled current.

Programs seen in the source include CS, IT, SE, AI, DS, and BI. Published choices will be derived from validated timetable data, not from hardcoded assumptions.
How the timetable finder works
- Select the department, degree programme, semester, and section.
- For Computer Science, the site will read the registered Google Sheet and refresh on a scheduled sync once its data layout is validated.
- For other departments, choose an Excel or CSV timetable and review the extracted preview.
- Submit an upload to the shared library. It remains pending until the schedule is checked for time slots, subjects, sections, and academic term.
Why uploads are reviewed before sharing
Department spreadsheets can have merged cells, room-by-time grids, or different column labels. An automatic importer can make mistakes when interpreting them. A preview and approval step prevents an incorrect schedule from being presented as a confirmed class time.
Timetable status matters
A useful timetable needs an academic term and a last-synced or last-verified date. If the source becomes unavailable or a new upload fails validation, the previous verified timetable should remain visible with its older timestamp instead of silently replacing it with bad data.
